New Permission: North Quays Business Park

We are pleased to have successfully discharged all of the planning conditions at North Quays Business Park, Atlantic Street, Altrincham on behalf of the North Quays Business Park Executive Pension Plan.

Alongside this, we applied to vary a planning condition relating to the submission of a Noise Assessment for new plant and machinery to ensure that it reflected the current situation and ongoing operations at the site. Our Director Chris Garratt attended Trafford Council’s Planning Committee to speak in favour of this application and it received unanimous approval.
