Rob has over 25 years experience in Planning and Environmental Consultancy. He is a Chartered Town Planner, Chartered Environmentalist and Full Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).

He specialises in providing strategic planning advice and project managing large strategic-scale residential and mixed-use developments nationwide. He has also successfully acted as Planning Expert Witness at Appeal Inquiries.

Outside of work, Rob plays rugby union for his local club and helps coach the kids teams.

Chris has over 20 years experience working in planning and environmental consultancy. He is a Chartered Town Planner and Practitioner Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).

He provides strategic advice to clients on planning and environmental issues during the planning process, promotes sites for development, prepares and manages a range of planning applications and appeals, acts as Planning Expert Witness, and co-ordinates Environmental Impact Assessments.

Outside of work, Chris is a keen runner and occasional cyclist.

With over 30 years of experience in finance, operations, and office management, Kirti brings a well-rounded and practical approach to keeping things running smoothly.

She plays a key role in a variety of internal and external projects and enjoys creating organised, efficient systems that help everyone do their best work.

Outside of work, Kirti loves exploring new places and attempting to play golf.

Emily has approaching twenty years town planning experience spanning consultancy, client-side and local authority strategic planning and development management.

Her involvement at WPP focuses around providing the planning deliverables for a variety of types of planning applications and the promotion of sites through the development plan process.

Outside of work, she enjoys the countryside and volunteering as an Early Intervention Mentor at a local school.

Luke is a Chartered Town Planner and currently working towards becoming a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).

He is experienced in preparing planning applications for major residential developments, ensuring that all aspects are carefully managed and enjoys problem-solving when presented with a challenge.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys travelling and spending quality time with friends and family.

Anna joined White Peak Planning in March 2025 after graduating with a Masters Degree in Town and Regional Planning from the University of Liverpool.

She is currently a Licentiate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and working towards full membership. Day-to-day she assists senior colleagues in the preparation and management of planning applications.

Outside of work, Anna is currently learning to ice skate at Altrincham Ice Rink.
