Reserved Matters Submission - Land East of Horndean
White Peak Planning is pleased to confirm the submission of a reserved matters application to East Hampshire District Council for the third phase of development at Bloor Homes’ Land East of Horndean site.
This latest phase brings forward detailed proposals for 159 new homes, including 30% affordable housing, alongside new public open space, community allotments, and a Local Equipped Area of Play (LEAP).
Phase 3 follows the approval of reserved matters applications for Phases 1 and 2 in December last year and reflects Bloor Homes’ continued commitment to delivering the high-quality design principles established for their Horndean scheme.
We look forward to working with East Hampshire District Council throughout the consultation and determination period and to securing approval to help deliver much-needed housing in the district.
