Outline Planning Application Submission - Land East of Horndean Southern Expansion

White Peak Planning is pleased to confirm the submission of an outline planning application on behalf of Bloor Homes Southern for approximately 800 new homes, forming an expansion of their Land East of Horndean site.

Acting as Project Manager and EIA Coordinator, White Peak Planning has worked closely with the wider project team to shape proposals that will deliver much-needed housing in East Hampshire. Like many areas across the country, the district is facing the challenge of meeting a significantly increased housing need beyond pre-NPPF 2024 numbers, and this scheme will make a meaningful contribution towards addressing that shortfall.

This submission builds on our long-term involvement in the Land East of Horndean site, where we have been supporting Bloor Homes since 2018. Our role began with project managing the outline planning application process and has since included acting as Project Manager and Planning Agent for the first two reserved matters applications, both approved in December 2024. We are also currently overseeing the third phase of reserved matters, which is currently under consideration by East Hampshire District Council.
