Southleigh Public Exhibition

Chris Garratt attended a two-day public and stakeholder exhibition for an outline application for 1,800 new homes in Havant, Hampshire on behalf of Bloor Homes. White Peak Planning are the planning consultant and EIA Co-ordinator for the application.

Day 1 was held in Emsworth and was initially attended by local Ward Councillors, then by over 200 members of the public. Day 2 was held in the Stride Centre adjacent to the site and was attended by over 300 members of the public.

The exhibition provided an opportunity for stakeholders and the public to view the draft proposals and ask questions to members of the project team and representatives from Bloor Homes. Feedback forms were distributed to enable attendees to provide comments and the information was also available to view on a dedicated website.
