North Totton Extension (Phase II) application submitted

We are pleased to confirm that an Outline Planning Application for the North Totton Extension (Phase II) has now been submitted to New Forest District Council.

White Peak Planning has been supporting Bloor Homes in the role of Planning Project Manager and EIA Co-ordinator for the scheme, which builds upon the success of the original Land North of Salisbury Road (Phase I) development.

The Phase II proposals include approximately 375 new homes, extensive public open space and Alternative Natural Recreational Greenspace (ANRG), enhancements to the site's existing trees and ecological features, and improvements to the local Public Right of Way network.

We look forward to continuing to work closely with New Forest District Council and stakeholders as the application progresses, and to helping deliver much-needed new homes in the district.
