New Submission: Ludgershall, Andover

On behalf of Bloor Homes, we are delighted to have acted as project managers to coordinate the submission of an outline planning application for up to 400 new residential dwellings, with associated landscaping, open space, and infrastructure in Ludgershall, Andover.

We co-ordinated the submission of a request for pre-application planning advice from Test Valley Borough Council (TVBC) in October 2025 and following informal comments from TVBC councillors, minor adjustments were made to the application. Formal pre-application advice was received in March 2026, with no major concerns raised by TVBC.

Throughout the application process, we co-ordinated the project team, oversaw and reviewed all planning and technical documents, and organised and chaired project team meetings.
