Elms Park, Cheltenham Continuation

Having been involved with the Elms Park, Cheltenham project since 2008, acting as Project Managers and EIA coordinators throughout the planning process, we are pleased to continue our involvement with the project.

Having secured resolutions to grant at planning committee in 2025, we have been retained by Bloor Homes and Persimmon Homes to assist with the S106 negotiations and to continue to lead the project team in preparing discharge of conditions and reserved matters applications.

We are now working with the LPAs to secure outline planning permission later this year.
