Stubbocks Walk Planning Addendum

We are delighted to formally submit an addendum planning application package for Stubbocks Walk, east of Luton. The proposal involves the delivery of 1,400 homes - with 40% proposed to be affordable; secondary and primary schools; a local centre; a network of pedestrian and cycle routes, connecting with Luton and the wider countryside; and substantial multi-functional green space. It is anticipated that the application will be determined by the Council during 2026.

The updated package was prepared on behalf of Bloor Homes through a Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) with North Hertfordshire Council. It updates the existing outline planning application, with amendments to the location of key facilities and further illustrative design details. It follows the adoption of the East of Luton Strategic Masterplan in 2024, also produced through a PPA and in collaboration with the Council, The Crown Estate and local stakeholders.
