Worcestershire Parkway - EIA Scoping

On behalf of Summix and Homes England, White Peak Planning have submitted a request to Wychavon District Council for an EIA Scoping Opinion for land within the emerging Worcestershire Parkway allocation.

The EIA, which is being co-ordinated by White Peak Planning, will accompany two outline planning applications totalling approximately 5,500 homes and a new Town Centre and forms a major part of the emerging allocation, within which approximately 10,000 homes will be delivered within the plan period.

The allocation site has been recommended as a location for new strategic development by the Government’s New Towns Task Force and this has now been backed by the Government.
