Strategic Advice
We can review your reasons for refusal and advise you on your prospects at appeal, which procedure is appropriate and what information will be required to support your appeal. If Counsel advice is considered necessary, we can prepare the written instructions and attend the Con.
Hearings
We will manage the appeal process, including co-ordination of the project team, preparation of the appeal form, Statement of Case and Statement of Common Ground, review of documents, submission and monitoring of the appeal, attendance at the Hearing, and liaison with the Local Authority and Planning Inspectorate.
Written Representations
We will manage your written reps appeal, including co-ordination of the project team, preparation of the appeal form and Statement of Case, review of documents, submission and monitoring of the appeal, and liaison with the Local Authority and Planning Inspectorate.
Inquiries
We can manage the appeal process and act as Planning Expert Witness. We will co-ordinate the project team, notify the Planning Inspectorate, prepare the appeal form, Statement of Case and draft Statement of Common Ground and submit the appeal. We will then attend the necessary meetings, prepare the Witness Statement, agree the Statement of Common Ground and draft planning conditions with the Local Authority, attend the Inquiry and site visit, monitor the appeal, and liaise with the Local Authority and Planning Inspectorate.
