Enforcement Officer Role at S78 Hearing
White Peak Planning were instructed by High Peak Borough Council to act for them in the role of Enforcement Officer at a S78 Appeal Hearing relating to a property in Whaley Bridge, Derbyshire.
Working alongside HPBC colleagues who were defending the main planning appeal, we produced proofs of evidence, negotiated a Statement of Common Ground, undertook site visits and appeared as an Expert Witness to support HPBC and provided appropriate resources where needed.
