New Submission: Land east of Ashingdon Road, Rochford
White Peak Planning is pleased to confirm the successful submission of a hybrid planning application to Rochford District Council for the demolition of numbers 148 and 150 Ashingdon Road and the development of 665 residential dwellings, a community facility, open space and associated infrastructure including flood storage and surface water drainage attenuation.
We led the planning application team and provided strategic planning advice to Bloor Homes, managing the project budget and programme, in addition to reviewing and co-ordinating the final application versions prior to submission. We also prepared an Energy and Sustainability Statement for the project to demonstrate alignment with local and regional policies.
The planning application was submitted in April of 2020 and White Peak shall continue working with the project team with the aim of obtaining a positive decision later in the year.
