On behalf of S & D Leisure, White Peak Planning has submitted a full planning application to Salford City Council for the extension and change of use of 159-161 Monton Road, Eccles.
The planning application outlines a change of use from the existing retail and residential to a new bar, restaurant, residential and a single-storey rear extension.
The application was submitted in June 2019 and White Peak Planning shall continue working with both the client and the Local Planning Authority, during the determination period, with the aim of obtaining a positive decision in Summer/Autumn 2019.
