New Resolution to Grant Planning permission: Basingstoke Golf Course

On behalf of Bloor Homes, White Peak Planning have secured a resolution to grant Outline Planning Permission for a residential-led mixed-use development of up to 1,100 homes, a local centre comprising a community facility, a day nursery, commercial and local retail uses (A1-3, D1), formal and informal open space, sports provision, a Gypsy and Traveller pitch and associated infrastructure, at Basingstoke Golf Club.
The site forms the allocation Policy SS3.11 – Basingstoke Golf Course, under the Basingstoke and Deane Local Plan (2011 to 2029).
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council Planning Committee voted unanimously to approve the development.
White Peak Planning have provided strategic planning advice and project managed the planning phase of the application and will continue to work with Bloor Homes through the Reserved Matters applications.
